There’s also extra reinforcing at the toe for protection. An array of synthetic overlays across the upper offer support and structure without being intrusive or too rigid. The mesh upper allows for great ventilation through the foot chamber. They’re available in a wide range of colorways, so every woman should find something that appeals to her. The Ryka Influence cross-trainers have been designed specifically for women doing HIIT workouts. Rubber sections on the outsole also give you traction in the most-needed areas.
